RecipeMe Terms & Conditions

Introduction

This agreement ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you and RecipeMe covering your use of the RecipeMe application and related services.

Your use of the Services is conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms.

1. Accounts

To use certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account.

• Information provided must be accurate and truthful.
• You must maintain account accuracy.

• You may delete your account at any time.

RecipeMe grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal use.

• No resale or commercial exploitation.
• No reverse engineering.
• No creation of competing services.
• No unauthorized copying or distribution.

3. User Content

User Content includes recipes, images, comments, reviews, meal plans, and other content submitted through the Services.

You remain responsible for your User Content and grant RecipeMe a license to display and operate the Services using that content.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RecipeMe harmless from claims arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or violations of these Terms.

5. Third‑Party Links & Other Users

The Services may contain links to third‑party websites and services. RecipeMe is not responsible for third‑party content or services.

User-submitted recipes are provided for informational purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecipeMe shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Term & Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. RecipeMe may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

RecipeMe may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

10. General

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding use of the Services.
• If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions remain enforceable.
• Electronic communications satisfy legal communication requirements.

11. Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded this app from the Apple App Store, your use of the application is also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
