These Terms of Use describe the rules and conditions that apply when You download, access, or use the Application. By using the Application, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You should not use the Application.

  • Device means any device that can access the Application such as a cellphone, tablet, or other supported device.

Use of the Application

Photo and Device Access

The Application may request access to Your camera, photo library, media files, or related device features in order to provide its photo-cleaning and organizing features.

You are responsible for granting, denying, or changing these permissions through Your Device settings. If You deny or disable required permissions, some features of the Application may not work properly.

Deletion and Data Loss

The Application may help You identify photos or media for deletion or organization. You are solely responsible for reviewing Your selections before confirming any deletion, cleanup, or change.

We are not responsible for photos, files, or other content that You choose to delete, move, organize, or modify through the Application. You should keep backups of important photos and files before using cleanup features.

Purchases and Subscriptions

The Application may offer paid features, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or other paid services. Any purchases made through an app store or payment provider may also be subject to that provider's terms, conditions, and refund policies.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or the applicable app store policy, payments may be non-refundable once processed.

Intellectual Property

The Application, including its design, features, functionality, text, graphics, logos, and software, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Disclaimer

The Application is provided to You "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the Application will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that it will meet Your expectations. We do not guarantee that photo-cleaning recommendations, duplicate detection, organization suggestions, or similar features will be complete or accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of photos, loss of profits, or other losses arising from Your use of or inability to use the Application.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to You.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Application immediately, without prior notice or liability, if You breach these Terms or use the Application in a way that may cause harm to Us, other users, or third parties.

You may stop using the Application at any time. You may also delete the Application from Your Device.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Application after changes become effective means that You agree to the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded this app from the Apple App Store, your use of the application is also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
